Cookie Dough Bark



An easy dessert with a fine dining twist! A perfect and quick. two-ingredient snack for you and your loved ones!



Servings: 10

Time Taken: 1 hour

Ingredients - 

  1. 1 pint Scoopski Cookie Dough 

  2. 2 cups Milk Chocolate


Methods:

  1. Melt 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips. Spread the melted chocolate over wax paper, being careful not to make it too thin. Refrigerate 15-30mins.

  2. Spread the cookie dough over the hardened chocolate in an even layer. Refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes.

  3. Melt the remainder of the chocolate, and pour over the cookie dough layer. Allow to harden and then break apart.
